Your Simply Amazing Stuck in My Head Song of the Day

You know how usually I try to relate this to how or what I'm feeling or how those feelings or events may have inspired a song to be stuck in my head? Well I'm not doing that tonight, in an attempt to retain, or create an air of mystery around me (and maybe make you think I'm cooler than I really am) here are the lyrics to Portishead's Glory Box, if they give you an idea of what I'm feeling...

I'm so tired of playing,
Playing with this bow and arrow,
Gonna give my heart away,
Leave it to the other girls to play,
For I've been a temptress too long.

Hmm just,
Give me a reason to love you,
Give me a reason to be,
A woman,
I just wanna be a woman.

From this time, unchained,
We’re all looking at a different picture,
Through this new frame of mind,
A thousand flowers could bloom,
Move over, and give us some room.

Yeah,
Give me a reason to love you,
Give me a reason to be,
A woman,
I just want to be a woman.

So don't you stop, being a man,
Just take a little look from our side when you can,
Sow a little tenderness,
No matter if you cry.

Give me a reason to love you,
Give me a reason to be,
A woman,
It's all I wanna be is all woman.

For this is the beginning of forever and ever,
It's time to move over ,
So I want to be.

I'm so tired of playing,
Playing with this bow and arrow,
Gonna give my heart away,
Leave it to the other girls to play.
For I've been a temptress too long.

Hmm just,
Give me a reason to love you.

mmhm.
and this video and song really could of make me wanna go to a little dark cafe where smokes dances and drifts in the light. ::sigh:: I think I'd have to travel a few states away or a few years into the past for that. Anyway here is the smoky and sultry Beth Gibbons and the rest of Portishead with Your Simply Amazing Stuck in My Head Song of the Day- Glory Box (live at Roseland)
