(the title is corny, I know.)
Last week the Washington Post had an article titled "Don't Fear The Egg White" about the feeling of distaste people may have when hearing about including an egg white in their cocktails, but also the fact that this same people, if unaware of that ingredient enjoy the drinks all the same.
Ok I don't know what I'm saying right now so here are some cocktail recipes, egg white included.

Pink Lady
1 1/2 oz gin
1 tsp grenadine syrup
1 tsp light cream
1 egg white
Shake ingredients with ice, strain into a cocktail glass, and serve
Clover Club
Ice
1/2 teaspoon sugar
1 1/2 ounces gin
1/2 ounce grenadine (4 dashes)
Juice of 1/2 medium lemon (1 to 2 tablespoons)
1 large raw egg white
Fill a tall mixing glass two-thirds with ice. Add the gin, grenadine, lemon juice and raw egg white. Shake vigorously for 30 to 60 seconds to form a good froth. Strain into a martini glass and serve immediately.
Confirmed Bachelor
crushed Ice
1 1/2 oz Gin
1 tsp Grenadine
1/2 tsp Rose's sweetened lime juice
1 Egg white
In a shaker half-filled with crushed ice, combine all of the ingredients. Shake well. Strain into a cocktail glass.
Fairy Belle Cocktail
3/4 oz Apricot brandy
1 1/2 oz Gin
1 tsp Grenadine
1 Egg white
Shake all ingredients with ice, strain into a cocktail glass, and serve.
Fox And Hounds
1 1/2 oz Bourbon
1/2 oz Pernod
1/2 oz Lemon juice
1/2 tsp superfine Sugar
1 Egg white
In a shaker half-filled with ice cubes, combine all of the ingredients. Shake well. Strain into a cocktail glass.
Jillionaire
2 oz Bourbon
1/2 oz Triple sec
1/2 tsp Grenadine
1 Egg white
In a shaker half-filled with ice cubes, combine all of the ingredients. Shake well and strain into a cocktail glass.
Lady Love Fizz
2 oz Gin
2 tsp Light cream
1 tsp Powdered sugar
Juice of 1/2 Lemon
1 Egg white
Carbonated water
Shake all ingredients (except carbonated water) with ice and strain into a cocktail glass over two ice cubes. Fill with carbonated water, stir, and serve.
Million-Dollar Cocktail
1 1/2 oz Gin
3/4 oz Sweet Vermouth
2 tsp Pineapple juice
1 tsp Grenadine
1 Egg white
Shake all ingredients with ice, strain into a cocktail glass, and serve.
Phreaker Cocktail
1/2 fifth Vodka
1 pint Triple sec
2 pint Pineapple juice
1 pint Lemon juice
1/2 fifth Water
1 1/2 cup Sugar
1 Egg white
Fill a fifth bottle half vodka, half water. Leaving enough water out to add the egg white. Shake well until egg is thoroughly mixed. Add into punch bowl with the Triple Sec, pineapple juice, and lemon juice. Add sugar. (more or less for taste).
Rebel Yell
2 oz Bourbon
1/2 oz Triple sec
1 oz Lemon juice
1 Egg white
1 Orange slice
In a shaker half-filled with ice cubes, combine the bourbon, Cointreau, lemon juice, and egg white. Shake well. Pour into an old-fashioned glass and garnish with the orange slice.
Wolfsbane
2 oz Vodka
1 1/2 oz Cherry brandy (or other flavour)
1/2 oz Cream
1 Egg white
Lemon juice
Sugar
Rub inside of glass with lemon juice, then sprinkle with sugar. Freeze glass to achieve a frosted affect. Shake together the other ingrediants. Pour into frosted glass and enjoy!
The Porn Star
In a shaker filled with ice add:
2 ounces of vodka
1 ounce of Chambord or raspberry liquor
2 ounces fresh lime juice
2 ounces fresh lemon juice
Egg white from one fresh organic egg or alternative
Shake Well
Bird of Paradise Fizz
Shake in iced cocktail shaker & strain/build
1 oz fresh lemon juice
1 tsp sugar
1 egg white
1/4 oz grenadine
1 1/2 oz gin
Strain into glass
Fill with soda & ice
Stolen Kisses Cocktail
3/4 oz gin
3/4 oz pastis
1/2 egg white
1/2 tsp sugar
Shake well
Serve in a cocktail glass
