I think I was once in love with a girl named Katie. Anyway this is, apprioprately enough a song title Katie by Missy Higgins who is apparently huge in Australia (and "not so straight"- her Queer Kids t-shirt is coming.) I'm not really sure what this song is about- at first I thought it was about a love named Katie who went away, but then I thought it was about a girl named Katie who drowned(?) I don't know but here are the lyrics to try to decipher
