I didn't think of it last night but as I watched John's speech from last night, this morning he had a line about "a tidal wave of change spreading from Iowa to New Hampshire to Nevada to South Carolina" and though I knew he wouldn't go crazy with it that kind of idea reminded me of Howard Dean, of course
And so it can always be worse- you could be Howard Dean, who if the election were held in December of 2003 would be the President but a month later....not so much. That is still one of my friend's favorite moment in democratic history.
I have to point out that That crowd did look fired up and ready to go, though.
